This dilapidated 18th century town house has been thoroughly renovated and is now used as a private residence. It has been restored to its original state as far as possible. The apartment and garage are new additions, the form adapted from a historical design with a lean-to roof. The building is provided with every modern amenity, such as new bathrooms, a new kitchen, climate regulation and a swimming pool facing the ocean.
