Restoration
Landhuis Bloemhof, 2002
|
The landhuis and adjacent buildings have been restored whereby original elements were conserved as much as possible. For example, the wooden dividing walls in the “mangazinas” were re-used and the yellow brick floors can still be seen. A mosaic of original Curaçao cement tiles decorates the guest toilet. The landhuis is now well known as an exhibition center, and there is an artist’s workshop. |
